Syntax checker?

Judging by the majority of questions in this group, the vast majority of problems are caused by the long and complex URLs being difficult to read and thus spot errors in. It would thus seem a good idea to have a site which accepts the same charts query string, but instead of drawing a graph, breaks out what it's being told to unobfuscate the URL. Good idea?

this is a great idea indeed.
We are working on one implementation of this,
and it should be available soon,
but you're encouraged to implement something also.
