Yes, it would be really interesting to know that, since it seems to be
a bug in the Chart API:
*********************************************************
Using only Asian symbols seem to work:
http://chart.apis.google.com/chart?chxs=0,000000,16.5&chxt=x&chs=700x405&cht=p3&chco=344566&chds=5,100&chd=t:32.787,50.82,100,42.623&chdlp=t&chl=test&chma=150,150&chtt=%E9%A7%85&chts=000000,50
Asian symbol and German Umlauts "äöü" gives a wrong result ("äöü"
shown as dots):
http://chart.apis.google.com/chart?chxs=0,000000,16.5&chxt=x&chs=700x405&cht=p3&chco=344566&chds=5,100&chd=t:32.787,50.82,100,42.623&chdlp=t&chl=test&chma=150,150&chtt=%E9%A7%85%C3%A4%C3%B6%C3%BC&chts=000000,50
The "ღ"-character seems to confuse the chart-Api completely - both
characters, the Asian character and the "ღ"-char is not shown
correctly, both as rectangles:
http://chart.apis.google.com/chart?chxs=0,000000,16.5&chxt=x&chs=700x405&cht=p3&chco=344566&chds=5,100&chd=t:32.787,50.82,100,42.623&chdlp=t&chl=test&chma=150,150&chtt=%E1%83%A6%E9%A7%85aou&chts=000000,50
If I add the German Umlauts again, all characters except of the Asian
symbol
http://chart.apis.google.com/chart?chxs=0,000000,16.5&chxt=x&chs=700x405&cht=p3&chco=344566&chds=5,100&chd=t:32.787,50.82,100,42.623&chdlp=t&chl=test&chma=150,150&chtt=%E1%83%A6%E9%A7%85%C3%A4%C3%B6%C3%BC&chts=000000,50

My question now: will someone fix these bugs?
