Line chart not showing major and minor ticks

I'm using a material line chart with multiple Y-axes, and I can't find a way to show the vertical axis borders along with the major and minor ticks.  I'm able to show the horizontal and vertical gridlines, but I can't figure out a way to enable the ticks and axis borders.

Any ideas?
