3D SLAM with 2D lidar, IMU and altitude information

Hi,
I'm new to the google cartographer and have a short question regarding its functionality.
I want to do 3D SLAM for an UAV that is equipped with an 2D lidar, IMU and a 1D lidar to determine the current flight altitude.
Is it possible to use the 3D SLAM functionalities with those sensor information or do I need an 3D-LIDAR or 3D camera for this?
