Ok, In general, googles calendar is the best one I have ever used.

Now, the caveat:

PRINTING: When printing calendars for each month, the month does not
display
or, it is so tiny I cannot find it. I had to
handwrite the month at the top
of each page YUK!

PRINTING: I want to know WHY I am unable to simply print off ALL of
the
agenda items, for a specified date range. Ie. print
from oct 06 - aug -07

PRINTING: ditto for the months. It is a pain to have to navigate to
each calendar and
printo off each months view

VIEWING: MONTH VIEW: Ya know, I just want to see the days in THAT
month. So when
I am viewing
SEPTEMBER, I do not want to see August dates or OCT
dates on the
calendar, even greyed out!

VIEWING: Agenda- I just want to see all items on the agenda for 1-3
years in
advance, I don`t want to have to do several clicks!

APPOINTMENT: I tried to set a recurring appointment for a class for
every wed
from now until March 07. IT DOESNT WORK,
PERIOD. Instead,
every single day in between was marked busy.
This was not a
mistake btw- I tried it two separate times and
was very careful...
CALENDARS: I simply cannot see all my calendars or scroll easilly to
see them the
box is just to small to be effective. I have
10 calendars, it is hard to
select and deselect with the size box
available.

What do you say google?!

I agree. The way they had it when Calendar first came out was a lot better.

VIEWING:    MONTH VIEW: Ya know, I just want to see the days in THAT

SEPTEMBER, I do not want to see August dates or OCT

What difference does that make?  Are you getting confused and thinking that there are two September 1sts?

VIEWING:    Agenda- I just want to see all items on the agenda for 1-3
years in
advance, I don`t want to have to do several clicks!

  1. Why would you want to see your Adenda for a year in advance?
  2. What is the better solution?  Very small font?

APPOINTMENT:  I tried to set a recurring appointment for a class for

I just set a recurring appointment for "class" from 2pm to 3pm every Wednesday from 9/6/06 to 3/7/07 and it shows up every week in the same spot.  Nothing weird happened.

CALENDARS:    I simply cannot see all my calendars or scroll easilly to
see them the
box is just to small to be effective. I have
10 calendars, it is hard to
select and deselect with the size box

The box will  increase in size until you have 6 calendars then it will give you a scroll bar.  Use the scroll bar to get to the other calendars.  I too have 10 calendars and I don't have a problem getting to any of them.

What do you say google?!

--------> YES, confused. When printed/viewed you get a sept
1st with scheduled
appointments at the end of august AND at the
beginning of september.
I don`t see why turning off previous months
appointment when viewing
the current month should be a huge request, it
is natural.

----------------> BECAUSE! it is easier to make plans when all
agenda items for
a topic specific calendar are displayed in a
list. ie. I can see all
appointments for my classes, or my travel dates,
in a list instead of
having to print out
multiple calendars. What is the big deal of this
request?

------------------------- Well it does for me. Maybe it is my
browser? I am using
firefox.

---------------------- Well maybe it needs to be an option for the
end user. IE.
display 5, 10, 15 calendars before
scrolling. Especially since
some have bigger screens than others, this
should be custom.

I still don't see why it is so bad that the beginning of the next month shows up.  You are actually contradicting yourself.  You say here that you don't want to see everything together, then you say that you want to be able to see everything in a list.  There really is no difference.  This is just not a list.

I have an easy way to see if you have something planned...Look at that date.  If it is three years in the future, why would you want to see everything you are doing between then and now?  It would be much faster and easier to just goto that date in the future and look to see if you have anything planned.  Again I ask, what do you suggest?  How do you think they should get three years worth of appointments on one screen so you don't have to click?

I too am using Firefox.  I had no problem creating the recurring event, so you have to be doing something wrong.  I have suggested to Google that they have the Calendars box grow like the Labels box in Gmail.  I find it very annoying to have to scroll to get to the lower calendars.  What resolution do you have it set on?  I tested on both 800x600 and 1024x768 (my default) and I was able to still access all my calendars.
