Hi,

I have setup the sync service to see F/B from Outlook.

When I check F/B on outlook, data synced from Google Calendar does not
appears in the line (next to the name of the attendee).
It appears on the top line (All attendee).

I think Outlook get confused with individual mailbox F/B and public
data store F/B.
You can find a screenshot here: http://goo.gl/1shBk

Do you know how to resolve this?

Thank you for your help,

I ran into this during our deployment...I can't quite remember the solution but If you'd like to call I can probably help.

I believe that it's an issue within Outlook...when you have it set to retrieve appointment details, it looks into exchange for details and doesn't respect the personal mailbox F/B info (as written by Google)

The fix, I think, is to go to Outlook settings...Calendar and under the "scheduling assistant" ...de-select "Show calendar details in Screen Tip" and "Show Calendar details in the scheduling grid"

Let me know if this works...
