Events created via API are one hour off when syncing to Outlook

Hi,

Since DST started a few days ago it looks like events we created via the API are one hour off when presented in Outlook (using a third party sync tool). Events that were created via the GUI are synced correctly. Is it a bug on Google side or we missed something when creating the events? We pass the event time in UTC.

This happens when using the (unsupported) Google sync. Moving to a different third party sync toll solved the problem.
