US Holidays returning inconsitent Event IDs

On the public read-only calendar en.usa#hol...@group.v.calendar.google.com
Any help would be much appreciated!
When I use the endpoint to list the events, I get different results on each request.
For example:
Juneteenth on 2024-06-19, it has:
- in one API call this ID: 20240619_qg1uo9i7llrthstt84vh12aku8
- and on the another API call it got the ID: 20240619_jttg0b24s02pc37i095rilaefo
Some of these results seem to be cached, and having different and inconsistent ID on every API call, makes the usage of the API unpredictable
