Any google calendar api v3 for retrieving free appointment slots ?

Any google calendar api v3 is available for retrieving free appointment slots marked in Google Calendar ?
I could find only event retrieving APIs in the Google Explorer or Did i miss anything there ?

I had tried that, but it just gives the details on the events, but not on the appointment slots.

I saw postings from a year ago asking the same thing.
It doesn't look like Appt Slots are exposed via API.
