to Google Calendar API
Hi all,

First I would like to say, thank you for this support group & for your time.

My company is trying to develop a calendar scheduler daemon service (non browser / UI)

Recently we've reached a dead end where google is forcing us to use ouath to gain write privileges.

Our business logic is to insert events to our organization members and to invite as guests our customers (non organization related..)

The ouath authentication as you know is problematic because the auth key has an expiry date of 30 days max from the google console.

An optional solution for us would be to somehow gain a yearly ouath token or to get a premium / platinum api key for service use.

Or there is a different solution which we . can use..

Thanks for every reply in advance!

Ben.

Basically, im not using write permissions, I'm just sending the html sent as an approval for the calendar event
That way i'm not writing at any1's calendar just sending a customized email with the approve option so they will need to gain write access
google sucks, in to many ways, dont waste time on them.

sorry for my late reply
in my flutter / dart application I had the same problem to access DRIVE and CALENDAR without auth
since resolved. I think you have already found the solution if not and if you want I send you my code using the google API for the calendar or drive
