I'm trying to upgrade my Gdata version 2 stuff in .NET to the version 3 that is now required.

Can anyone tell me if here is an example out there in C# or VB that does this:

1.) Authenticates.
2.) Loops through my Calendars
3.) ONCE I find the calendar I want, I can then loop through every day in that calendar like I did in version 2.
4.) I can delete the day if I want from the calendar
5.) I can then create (or recreate) all of the events of the day as I was doing before.

Does this exist???

No particular example to do all of those on the list but this lady has several c# examples....
https://github.com/LindaLawton/Google-Dotnet-Samples/blob/master/Authentication/Diamto.Google.Authentication/Diamto.Google.Authentication/DatabaseDataStore.cs
here is the vb example from Google....
https://code.google.com/p/google-api-dotnet-client/source/browse/Calendar.VB.ConsoleApp/Program.vb?repo=samples

its a pain to say the least to find a good working example...in my case, I finally got a sample working in development but dies when i push to production environment...see my post from today for my example in vb.net

Thanks. I think I'm going to have to make a Rube Goldberg solution of my .NET system calling the Google Calendar API using a PHP page I have on another server. Google should just kill .NET support if they don't feel like spending time on it. I've now wasted two days on this and still have no answer.

I am with you. After months of suffering, here is my working solution. Tested in production.

That was very nice of you. I will look to use this if I do another project.

Regarding my problem, I ended up making a PHP service that my .NET (aspx) calls. The reason I really decided to do this is because I was previously calling the Google .dlls' (gData) from CLR AND....These new Google .dlls do not work with CLR as I think they're framework 4+ or whatever...they aren't 2.0 which CLR I'm pretty sure requires. I'm going to post that script shortly as Even a PHP script wasn't easy to find that actually "did stuff."
