what is the license of google-breakpad?

I see the LICENSE file in google-breakpad, but I'm not sure the exact name of the license. BSD 2.0? 3-Clause BSD? Or else?

the LICENSE file is the license.  the first part of it is colloquially referred to as BSD 3-clause which you can tell by diffing the content with the version found on the OSI website.
