minidump_stackwalk newbie question

I'm having trouble running minidump_stackwalk on mac minidump files.  I've downloaded and built the latest source code on a 64-bit Linux machine.  Processing of iOS (iPad) crash reports seems to be working well.  However, I get a lot of errors and incorrect stacks using mac minidump files.  An example output is below.  I'd be grateful for any advice you can offer!

It turns out the StoreRange errors are related to missing symbol files.  Loading the entire set of symbols for the Mac OS/X libraries eliminates those errors and results in a better callstack.
