How do I get permission to modify issues in https://bugs.chromium.org/p/google-breakpad?

I want to assign https://bugs.chromium.org/p/google-breakpad/issues/detail?id=874 to myself and remove the Restrict-View-Google, but I don't have permission to do anything to it other than add a comment.

How do I get permissions to modify issues?

I looked in https://chromium.googlesource.com/breakpad/breakpad/+/HEAD/docs/contributing_to_breakpad.md and https://chromium.googlesource.com/breakpad/breakpad/+/refs/heads/main/README.md and didn't find anything about the process for getting bug edit permissions.

i don't have access to even view it, so i'm guessing mark@ (or thestig@?) would have to update the settings

I don't have any special powers that are helpful here. This page lists

i've stripped RVG from all our bugs.  i don't know why iby@ is filing them in the first place.

The interface doesn't give me a choice.
