LinuxDumper infinite loop problem

device: oppo A33.
method：
bool LinuxDumper::HasAndroidPackedRelocations(uintptr_t load_bias,uintptr_t dyn_vaddr,size_t dyn_count)
Problem description：
On opPO A33, the value of dyn_count is very large, causing the loop body inside the method to loop for a long time.
