iOS Project is Broken after latest change

Hi all,

FYI, change db1cda26539c711c3da7ed4d410dfe8190e89b8f has broken the iOS Xcode project. The change renamed the file convert_UTF.c to convert_UTF.cc. The iOS Xcode project can no longer find it.

Let me know if I can help in any way.

this might fix it:

or it might not.  i have no way of testing iOS/macOS, and i'm not familiar with their build system.
