How to compile dump_syms.exe on windows(MinGW)？

Hi，

I integrated breakpad into my android APP and collected .dmp log files.

Now I want to parse these log files on windows 10. But, when I used MinGW(msys2) to compile breakpad tools, I found that no dump_syms file was generated.

Only microdump_stackwalk.exe minidump_dump.exe and minidump_stackwalk.exe.

What should I do?
