Incorrect Blog Link on Indexed Content

the green text at the end of each entry is sometimes correct, e.g.
VMworld 2009 - http://www.vmworld.com/blogs/vmworld2009

and it's sometimes incorrect, e.g.
Home : All Content - All Communities - http://www.vmworld.com/index.jspa

How is this text generated? And what should I do to fix it so that
it's always correct?

The text is always drawn from the feed. It is the link element for
the feed channel. I've seen multiple blog urls from some sites
because they publish multiple feeds that all contain the same
permalinks. I'll have to investigate these particular examples.
