It's not possible to access wordpress2blogger.appspot.com. As soon as you visit the page you get the following:

Over Quota

This application is temporarily over its serving quota. Please try again later.

Other people are having the same issue, and apparently it's been like that for days. Does anyone in the Googleverse have an alternative for converting the WordPress export file to the Blogger format so that it can be imported at Blogger? Seems very odd there is only ONE source on the entire Internet that has the ability to do this???! I need to convert before my Custom Design upgrade expires (in days) and then I have to pay $30 just to maintain my existing blog with its customizations. I'm tired of paying WP to be able to customize the blog--their prices keep going up. And so do their prices for a custom domain. So I need to convert ASAP.

If anyone knows either when the wordpress2blogger source will be fixed, OR, if there's an alternative option, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE let me know.

Thank you.

I believe that I can raise the quota on the wordpress2blogger and blogger2wordpress applications.  It may take a few days to get it ironed out, though.  I'll report back when it's all handled.

Thanks for trying the converters!

I believe these quota restrictions are now relaxed.  If anyone on this list still experiences this error, please ping this thread.

I tried again this morning, and it's working just fine. That's interesting that the tool is limited to a strict quota, but it's working again now

I tried later at night and it worked. Maybe just need to try it when the rest of the world is sleeping so the website isn't being overloaded. In my case, this was midnight eastern Australian time. Good luck!
