i cant convert wordpress xml file to blogger xml with http://wordpress2blogger.appspot.com/

my wordpress exported xml file is 15 MB. i have tried with this link http://wordpress2blogger.appspot.com/

it is not able to convert.

but after i got following error:

The server encountered an error and could not complete your request.

Please try again in 30 seconds.

Please can anyone help me for this issue?
