The problem worked its self out. After a few hours, i went back to import again and it worked!

I used a template from Cinnamon Girl Studio to import the template and
my RSS feed is thru Feedburner, but that's on my main blog. I was
trying to upload the template onto my test blog to customize
everything before I moved it over to my main blog.

Ok, I'm lost. Before I can raise an issue for our engineers to look at, I need to be able to reproduce the problem. Can you give me the steps to reproduce this bug from scratch? I suspect I'm going to need to know/have
- Your Blog URL
- Any import files you are using
- Whether you are on the old or new Admin UI
- The exact steps to reproduce the error

I just went into the settings, clicked other, clicked import to import
the template, and just hit submit, and it wouldn't do it.
