What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add WildStar code to authenticator app
2. Once activated, will show only the code and my email address

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should have an option to add a name so I know what the code is for. At
the moment, it's blank. It's not possible to differentiate between my
WildStar key and others.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
App: 2.1.0.2212, iOS: 7.1.1

I quite agree with your sentiment. A feature like this really ought to be
there already. Surely it's not too much to ask to be able to name your keys?

In 2.3.4596 (latest) / iOS 8.1.2 you can rename the codes, click the edit
pencil in the top right corner then the edit pencil next to the name below
the code (or where the name should be in the case of the OP!)

Just be careful as the pencil to edit the name is close to the delete for
the token below it...
