What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the App
2. accounts are listed in the order they were added and cannot be re-ordered

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The method used to re-order the accounts is not important.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.21 - Samsung Vibrant
