What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.add an account
2.scan a barcode
3.try to verify that code on the website, it will be wrong.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to get a code, type it in, and then be able to save and verify,
but any website I try it with always says the code was incorrect

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.49 on android 4.4.2

Please provide any additional information below.

the phone is a B15Q by Caterpillar, that was recently released.

Had a co-worker with the same problem. Scanned the same QR code on his B15Q
and on my iPhone, both with Google Auth. Times were all correct and synced,
but the two phones produced different codes. Had him scan the code with Duo
Mobile app and the codes were the same.

Google Authenticator current version generate wrong code on Android 4.4.2.

You can used FreeOTP Authenticator(by Red Hat) instead of Google
Authenticator until someone fix it.

Same here on a Cube Talk U65GT with Android 4.4.2
Time was synced with ClockSync app

FreeOTP Authenticator(by Red Hat) works!
