error/ complications in alignment when creating a dynamic report

Dear Community,
my use case is creating a dynamic medical report from a form submission,
the data is divided into 2 parts,

1. the data is in a table as i wanted a the alignment and formatting right and mainly because the values will be cumpulsory and therefore wont need any dynamically adjusting feature.

2. is the laboratory section , where the script will dynamically change according to the test done,
if the test has a result the test name will be shown otherwise the line will be removed,
if the entire category doesnt have any results of the tests, the entire category will be removed and the empty spaces will be replaced by tests that do have results.

the alignment/formatting works well for the
main category (to the left)
test name (in the middle)
but fails to align/format the {variables}

i created individual variable to also try and find the sweet spot for the variables to align but failed.

i tried moving to creating a dynamically creating table, but have got too many errors to switch,
