SMS confirmation

Hello,

I am looking for a way to allow a person who receives an SMS to formulate a YES or NO type response which is automatically registered in a GSheet with his phone number opposite.

Do you have one or more suggestions ?

At this time I am using an API to send the SMS and I get the error codes. However, this API does not have a "response" function.

Any help will be appreciated.

Who is your sms api provider?
