How to get global score of each section in a google forms ?

Hi

I'm trying to get the score of each section on a form. I think it's possible because on the summary of score after the confirmation message we can see the score of each section.

The ultimate goal is to stored the score of each section (I dont know how to start to achieve this)  in a variable then show a confirmation message based on that given score(this its ok).
