How to know who downloaded your add-on?

Hi all,

Quick question, I see people downloaded my add-on without using it.

If they use it, I can access their email address, but not if they don't as the scopes will block it for onOpen trigger.

Would someone know a way to have the contact of these users to talk to them directly?
