Unit test runner for both Node and Apps Script

To be able to support my project to A proof of concept implementation of Apps Script Environment on Node, I had to add some additional features to my Simple but powerful Apps Script Unit Test library, not least to fully document the API, but also to include the capabilities of Report current running Node and Apps Script code, which retrieves and reproduces code in line.
