Conditional Permission Changing

Hi,

I have a whole lot of files in my G-Docs which some of have sharing set to "Private - Only you can access"

Can I change sharing settings of those to "Off . Specific people" and add a specific user with a script ?

Have seen the Enum Permission script but seems to me rt now it only handles the settings change, but not the conditional pre-selecting of files. Anyways, I'm not fit with scripting in a way to solve this task by myself, asking who can give me a hand on this :)
