Apps Script Code for Automatic Newsletter

I'm new to the apps script. Can someone help me to set up a biweekly automatic newsletter?

Maybe you need only this for some simple newsletter design (with time trigger for every second week)

Beside that, you can pick some html newsletter template online to everything start looking more user friendly

Content can be imported from regular Google Sheet, with photos that are stored on Drive

Also, you can have some pdf attachment...

You can choose batch size based on your email service, some limit how many can out within a short period of time, others limit how many  total per day, and so forth.
