Is Utilities Service Source Code Available As Public?

Hi,

GAS newbie here. In one of my javascript packages, I use Utilities global from the GAS environment. Would like to ask if it's available as open-source? Need to steal some of the methods from it. 🥸

The Utilities Service is not open source, but most of its methods have open source alternatives that you can find by browsing NPM (Node Package Manager). I've found some 3rd party implementations that execute several orders of magnitude faster than what you get with Utilities service.
