Script for forward in Gmail

Can anyone help me with a script for forwarding mails in gmail:

All incoming mails WITH attachments have to:

Be forwarded to a...@abc.com with to-address or cc-addresss a...@abc.com (and not the original gmail-address)

All incoming mails WITHOUT attachments have to:

Have added a space and the word "usecontent" in the end off the subject.

To-address have to be a...@abc.com (and not the original gmail-address)
Then be forwarded to a...@abc.com with to-address or cc-addresss a...@abc.com (and not the original gmail-address)

a...@abc.com is an approved address for forward on the particular gmail-account.

Be run automatic og every 1 minute.
