I just had a Google Meet session with Cloud Support for an issue that I have with my Google Forms add-on listing the G Suite Marketplace.
Cloud Support doesn't include support for the G Suite Marketplace.
Even though the G Suite Marketplace doesn't fall within the scope of Cloud Support, they still tried to help me.
Which is nice of them.  But they are not engineers and don't have any inner technical knowledge of how the G Suite Marketplace works.
The "support" is basically just giving information that you could already read in the documentation or get an answer for on Stack Overflow,
or a bug or feature request in the Issue Tracker.
But, my issue can't be resolved through documentation or an answer on Stack Overflow, or the Issue Tracker.
So, even though there is "support" through the Issue Tracker or Stack Overflow, there is no real technical support for add-ons in the G Suite Marketplace.
I don't know if there is any way to develop a special connection to people at Google?
Do "insiders" get special treatment?  How can I join that group please?
It seems that I'm at a "dead end" with any "support" for the G Suite Marketplace that is documented.
I've wasted a LOT of time to be told what I already know, and get nowhere.
I already know 10 times more than the support people do.
I need to tell the support people the correct information.
Instead of the support people telling me something I don't know, I need to teach the support people basic information,
before they can even start to understand what the problem is.
So, it's kind of like, I'm providing support to the support people.
The support people showed me a link for "Support" for me to get support, the only problem is that, is that the support link goes to MY WEBSITE for the add-on!
Well, I guess I am my own best support.
That's the state of things.  It's probably the state of things everywhere, not just at Google.
I'll add the "cry me a river" tag to this.  Haha.

I would do a +1 on this as well. That was my experience with Cloud Support as well. They don’t really do support..

This isn't good news for me as I feel like I'm in the throws and will soon need "support."

But I'm sure those folks were doing the best they could. Very likely there's only a handful of people at Google that know the systems well enough to provide technical support. And if they have those skills, they're likely trying to build the next big thing at Google or something. Challenging problem.
