I'm developing a Gmail addon. it's for a customer, so it can't be private (meaning it cannot be only available for my domain).

I created the App Script project and linked to a standard GCP Project, on which I'm now configuring the G Suite marketplace SDK with oauth scopes etc.

In the Configuration page I've selected "Public" Visibility and it asked me to fill a "Gmail Add-ons Submission Information". I filled it with all the information required more than one week ago but so far I haven't received any reply, not even an automatic one to let me understand it was taken in charge.

Has anyone ever received a feedback from Google after filling this form ? Is there a way to make contact with Googlers on this? I have opened a ticket on GCP but they replied it's not their scope, so I'm going to open another for G Suite...

Please note that I don't want right now to actually publish the addon, I just need to save my Marketplace SDK Configuration to be able to try the addon installation with the "Integrate with Google" button that appears once that you save the configuration.

Hi Angelo,

Did you finalized the OAuth review prior to starting the Marketplace publication review?

Also, Gmail add-ons are being replaced by G Suite add-ons:
That might be why you haven't received an answer yet (Google is busy with the migration + publication of new G Suite add-ons that are compatible with Drive - before it was only Gmail or Calendar).

I think the process is now handled from the GCP console directly (triggered when you select "Public" Visibility via the G Suite marketplace SDK) and there's no need to fill the Google Form anymore.

Hello Romain,
thanks for your reply!

No I haven't finalized the OAuth review yet (which I saw it's the first step to do for the publication). Is it needed even before publishing it ?

Anyway, currently when I select "Public" visibility from GCP console (G Suite Marketplace SDK), I am not allowed to save (apparently unless I fill the Google form and Google "unlocks" the button ??). See attachment.

PS About Gmail/G Suite add-ons, from what I understand from the documention, what I am building it's already one of this "new" kind...

Yes, you can't publish on the marketplace an add-on if it hasn't been OAuth reviewed.
Ok, good to know about the link to the form in GCP, I suppose they haven't yet completely updated their review process with the transition to G Suite add-ons.

Actually I just wanted to configure it properly (be able to see the "Integrate with Google" button in the Marketplace SDK config page) and not actually publish it...

I'll try to complete the OAuth review anyway but I guess I'll have to open a ticket to Google to understand how to solve this...
