Form Service (FormApp) Class/Method for Uploading Files

Hi,

I'm programmatically building Survey Response Forms using AppsScript's Form Service.  Does anyone know if the "file upload" question is a Class or Method that I can access like all of the other types of questions available?

Also - file upload is not available when the form resides in a Team/Shared drive folder.
