Untitled Projects created after script run

I wrote a script a couple of years ago. it works great.  Recently, I noticed that each time the script is run, an 'Untitled Project' shows up in My Project with the document name after the share icon (see image).  It doesn't appear to interfere with anything upon deletion.

Any guidance is appreicated. Thanks
