Access denied: DriveApp

I get the error message: "Access denied: DriveApp". My Google Script settings have allowed the drive sdk. I am not part of workspace. Any idea why I would get this error?

You are getting this on a personal account or within an organization using a moderated version of G-Suite? (G-suite for business, education, non-profit, government, etc.)?

This is on a personal account. I created a new account and it works on there but it would be more convenient to access from my main account.
