What is the issue RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED mean?

Hi!

I'm getting on my several (gmail only) accounts the next issue

We're sorry, there was an unexpected error while creating the Cloud Platform project. Error code RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED.

It's not possible for several accounts and new projects. I can't run any code. What is the issue mean?

When an account is initially created there's a limit to how many cloud projects you can create. You can request more however. Could this be what you are experiencing? Perhaps some quota? Have you tried going to https://console.developers.google.com and creating a new project?

After some research I see that the issue appeared only for default projects and only for gmail accounts.

At now all fine.

I was embarrassed because for some time I could not execute the code on several accounts. Contrariwise, my Workspace account was executing the same code file fine.

I noticed that this was for any project. Therefore, the problem was in the quota for the entire account.
