Error when trying to create a new jamboard

Hi all,

One of my students is getting this error when she tries to create a new jamboard. She is not trying to open a file, so there are no permissions to grant. It does not make sense to get a message that says, "Sorry, unable to open the file at this time. Please check the address and try again." How can she fix this problem? At a guess, Clear all cookies and make sure that cookies are not blocked.
