Script for .CSV file import

I have a good amount of Google Sheets experience but am completely new to scripts; would there be a simple way to automate the import of a .CSV file to the top left corner of a sheet with the 'replace data at selected cell' setting enabled?

Once you open the CAB file look at Utilities.parseCsv
