HTTP headers will not be supported in doPost(e) requests

Sad news. As of today (Sept, 19 2023) the powers that be at Google have officially stated that they will not support HTTP headers in doPost() due to security concerns.

I created that issue in Google's IssueTracker 6 years ago in hopes we would get that feature implemented in GAS. But it looks like it's a no go. If you want to implement Google API Push Notifications under Google's platform, GCP Cloud Functions are the next best option.

Also of note. I tried to post this as a comment under Apps Script Pulse post (https://pulse.appsscript.info/p/2023/08/how-to-programmatically-enable-push-notifications-watches-for-file-changes-in-google-drive-with-apps-script/), but my IP address was erroneously flagged as spam/malicious. So if you happen to read this Martin, that's something you might want to look into.
