How can I download video from YouTube using Google Script, I would love an explanation

There is nothing special about Apps Script that would give you any benefit over regular javascript other than access to your own account.
The best downloader out there that I know of is called JDownloader.

Well, my internet is blocked for download from regular sites.
So I need to download via code
I would love to have one.
