Error Linking Google Form Response Spreadsheet to Good Docs Report Template

I need some help, I have a google spreadsheet response that is link to my google doc report using script, the problem is, google doc can't pick up the data in the cells spreadsheet that is using (=arrayformula(VLOOKUP($D$2:$D,Sheet2!A:G,7,false))).. can anyone give me some advise...
