Error: Google Drive : you need to Access and if you click the login account your error is "docs.google.com refused to connect."

HI Guys, 

I hope some will be so kind to help me or give me advise. 

I am a biggener appscript user. 

Issue: 

I am running a test deployment and did a new deployment.

I am able to land in my Landing page however if I click my other menu option i am getting prompted with an "You need access

Open the document directly to see if requesting access is possible, or switch to an account with access. Learn more" and if if i click my login account I am getting an error "docs.google.com refused to connect. " 

All the google sheet involve has all the permission as an editor.

The access option is:Anyone with a Google account. 

I have tried log out an logging in with all the files, in google chrome, do clear cache. 

however still i am not successfull. 

Any idea what could been the reason or cause.

No, sorry.  I was expecting to see a different screenshot.  One I was familiar with.  The issue you're seeing is not the same one I was thinking it was.  I'm not sure what to do about that.
