Show hover tooltip without using Command Palette

Hi everyone,

In the new Apps Script editor, if I use the Command Palette and select Show Hover/Show Definition Preview Hover, a tooltip appears with info on whatever object my cursor currently hovers. When the new editor was still in beta, I was able to see the same info by hovering over the object and I didn't have to use the intermediary Command Palette step. For the last few months though, the only way I can get the hover tooltip to appear is using the Command Palette.

Has anyone else experienced the same issue and if so, were you able to get it resolved?
