How to copy the content in a sheets cell and paste it into docs

Hi everybody

I try to copy the content of a cell (picture integrated in cell) in the active sheet and paste it into a docs and replace there a placeholder by the copied picture.

I tried a lot but it is not working. 

Has anybody a hint how to solve the problem or even an example code?
