New app script deployment modifying appscript.json

I am trying to publish a google sheet add-on for my workspace domain users.

I have set up my app script project with Google Cloud Project and enabled the Marketplace SDK.

But when I am creating new deployment versions the appscript.json file is getting modified automatically and deleting all the configurations that I have included in it.

I have tried updating the GCP number but that didn't work.

In chat, i reported this error for Google and her knows this.
