Error: Scripts are not getting copied after creating a copy of a spreadsheet

Hello, in my job we use a main spreadsheet with a script in-bound as a template and everyone makes a copy of that sheet to do their own work. But in the last months (probably started around January) we are getting errors because the copy of the sheet doesn't have the script for some reason (like 1 in every 20-30 copies), instead, a new project is created with no script.

I tried to replicate the error but it happens randomly and with no apparent reason when creating a new copy.

Does someone know what could be happening?

I'm seeing a similar issue -- my copies are getting created with the code, but the code can't run in the copied sheet ("We're sorry, there was an unexpected error while creating the Cloud Platform project. Error code INTERNAL.").

Is anyone else having trouble copying sheets and maintaining their ability to execute AppsScript?
