API to download YouTube video?

all I want to know is whether it is possible to download YouTube video using https://developers.google.com/youtube/v3/docs?csw=1

I know there are way how to download YT video but I want it user of my application where he authorized "my YouTube" application to download video.

It seems to me that it is not possible to do so via official API. But it is possible to do so from web admin of my YouTube account.
